"Honest Holders of Ration Tickets to Receive Special Consideration." If you lost your ticket, you're dishonest, but if you found no textiles to buy with your points, you're an honest man. I don't know what the F.A. has to do with textiles, but it has ordered textile stores to close on January 30, take inventory by February 5, and stay closed until further orders.
