Tribune: "Everything set for Memorial Rites in Capas." In order to accommodate as many families as possible, each family of a dead soldier will get only one pass for the special free train. The provincial governor of Tarlac "has retained the services of 4,000 calesas and other horse-driven vehicles to furnish transportation." Sounds like a whole army is going up there. In fact, an army died there because it was denied medicines and medical care.
