Maharajah criticizes a local violinist for basking in the title "the Filipino Paganini" — says it's a sign of an inferiority complex. Commentator says, "'Frog-hopping' tactics of enemy given little chance of success." Where's he been lately? It's been a quiet, hot day. Our house is a mess without the servants — can't find replacements either. It's the same with Mrs. Menzi and the Albertos. With the startling price of rice — around P600 a sack now — money is flowing from the city to the provinces, and there's more food there too. So ... exit servants. |
