Alejandro Roces wouldn't sell TVT. The Japanese were going to buy it anyway for P500,000, then for just P500 a month, and finally ... for nothing. That's what he got for it — nothing — not even the coins left in his office safe. In fact, he lost personal property as well as his house, as they were in the company's name.
