"Army Regulates Movement of Freed Enemy Nationals." In short, they have to wear a red armband outside their houses. I heard they stopped using Armbands in Shanghai because they became sympathy magnets. The second rule says that frequent visitors to their houses "may be considered as citizens of enemy character." Lacking transports, the Germans sent bombers to drop food over their own troops in Stalingrad. The Russians hope they miss. |
